StoreSum

For Etsy shop owners

Every listing, scored and fixed — not guessed at.

StoreSum grades each of your listings on search visibility and conversion, tells you exactly what to change, and writes the titles, tags and descriptions to change it to. Then it keeps the before and after, so you can see what the edit actually did.

What it does

The listing work, and everything it touches.

You connect your Etsy shop yourself, and StoreSum works only inside it. Every part of it exists to get more of the right buyers to your listings.

Listing optimisation

Every listing gets a health score out of 100 and a fix-list in priority order — missing tags, thin photo sets, descriptions too short to rank, listings converting below where their traffic says they should. Nothing is guessed: a listing with data missing is flagged, not scored on an assumption.

Listing copy, written for you

Titles, tags and descriptions drafted from the keywords a product actually competes on, with Etsy's own limits enforced as they are written — 140 characters of title, 13 tags, no more. You review the draft before anything reaches your shop.

Before and after

Every change to a listing is kept, so an optimisation can be judged on what happened to its views, visits and orders afterwards — and rolled back to the version that was working if it did not.

Orders

Your orders in one queue to be worked. When an order ships, the carrier and tracking go back to Etsy, so your buyer gets the notification Etsy would send.

Reviews

Reviews shown beside the order and the listing they belong to, so a reply has its context — and a pattern in the feedback is visible against the listing that caused it.

Ads and results

Ad spend set against the revenue it brought in, per listing, so a budget can be judged on return — and an optimised listing can be checked for whether it earned its promotion.

Shop reporting

Your earnings, Etsy's fees and your payouts, read from your shop's own records — so your reporting rests on what the shop actually received rather than an estimate.

Who runs it

Emporium Edge LLC.

StoreSum is built and operated by Emporium Edge LLC, a United States company. We are a small team that works directly with a limited number of Etsy shop owners, and StoreSum is the tool we built to do that work — it exists because we needed it ourselves, not as a product looking for a use.

Who we work with

Independent Etsy sellers who have engaged us to help run their shops. Each seller connects their own Etsy account and remains its owner; we work inside it at their direction, and they can disconnect us from their Etsy settings at any time without asking us first.

How we are paid

By the sellers we work with, directly. StoreSum takes no commission on a sale, no share of a payout, and no fee from a buyer. Nothing about it depends on where a sale happens, so nothing about it pushes a sale away from Etsy.
